And for sure, you can get some solid wines by the glass at a decent value, when compared with other upscale steak houses in the greater Seattle area. Perfect! The wine list is actually not too bad, price wise. Once again I chose to enhance the steak flavor with their black salt crystals, just a dash. After all, the service is superb, they have creative dishes, and you can even take home a very spiffy doggy bag if you have leftovers. And why not enjoy a really good steak in this beautiful setting. Filet Mignon, even if it is perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and really tasty? But with casino points, I do it in a heartbeat. I mean really, would you spend $55 on a 10 oz.
